Submit Project 2

Submission

  1. Open the Unit 2 Files in Figma.
  2. Click on the blue Share button in the upper-right.
  3. In the modal that opens, click Copy link in the bottom-left.
  4. Navigate to the Week 10 folder in Blackboard
  5. Click on the Project 2 Submission link.
  6. Under Comments, paste the URL you copied from Figma.
  7. Click Submit.

Make sure you have completed your Self-Evaluation before submitting.

Grading Criteria

A thorough, honest, and accurate evaluation is completed for each of the 5 provided items.

  • User Goals and Frustrations: The design provides a user-experience that facilitates easy completion of user goals and reduces user frustrations.
    4 pts = Instructor Evaluation: 2 pts + Your Evaluation: 2 pts

  • Aesthetic and Minimalist Design: Mockups take advantage of whitespace. A hierarchy of information is presented on each page, allowing the user to find information without being overwhelmed with irrelevant content.
    4 pts = Instructor Evaluation: 2 pts + Your Evaluation: 2 pts

  • Consistency and Standards: Designs are consistent and takes advantage of design standards.
    4 pts = Instructor Evaluation: 2 pts + Your Evaluation: 2 pts

  • Color and Typography: Color scheme supports the website brand. Color provide purpose, communicates interaction, and conveys website mood. Color text and background passes AA contrast ratio.
    4 pts = Instructor Evaluation: 2 pts + Your Evaluation: 2 pts

  • Imagery, Icons, and Buttons: Imagery supports brand and icons are universal or have clear labels.
    4 pts = Instructor Evaluation: 2 pts + Your Evaluation: 2 pts

  • Figma Prototype Functionality: Part of the key task is navigable through Figma when using the Present mode
